Considine Limited is owned and operated by Paul Considine, Roland Cooper and Stuart Ede with their supporting staff members. Originally established in 2009, the business offers a full ‘one stop shop’ service to meet all of your property development requirements for new development in all sectors. Together Paul, Roland and Stuart have more than 60 years’ experience of bringing new developments to successful conclusion. The practice office is within the heart of Maidstone, the county town of Kent, ideally located for commissions throughout the South East and London.
