Innovation Park Medway – Local Development Order Consultation
We’d like to hear your views regarding Innovation Park Medway
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (Regulation 38) and The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulation 2017 as amended – preparation of Local Development Order and accompanying Environmental Statement in support of the creation of a mixed use business park, featuring c101,000sqm of predominantly high-tech and innovation-oriented B1/B2 commercial uses.
Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council is seeking feedback on the content of the draft Innovation Park Medway Local Development Order (Innovation Park Medway, Rochester, Medway, ME1 2XX). A separate draft Local Development Order is being made by Medway Council.
The consultation will run from Thursday, 20 June until 12 noon on Monday, 22 July 2019. All supporting information will be available to view online at www.tmbc.gov.uk/ipm or in person at a number of locations as detailed below.
