What do you do when you have a photoshoot planned for the day and at 06:20 the photographer calls to cancel? What you do is panic and then telephone Mark at 08:00! At this ridiculous short notice Mark just went with it and was absolutely amazing! I sent him the itinerary for the day, which included four different locations and he was there at every one, even working out the right address after I gave him the wrong one! Mark is professional, polite, friendly and has a way of putting everyone at their ease and because of that got the very best from everyone.
