Drees and Sommer UK Ltd is a multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy with offices in London and Ashford (Kent). We can trace our roots in the South East back to 2002 and are now a wholly owned subsidiary of Drees and Sommer, a German company formed in 1970 now with c.2500 Employees and c.42 offices throughout Europe, Middle East, Russia and the US.

Working across most sectors of the industry, as a company in the UK we provide property and project consultancy services including Project Management, Cost Management, Facilities Management Consultancy, Real Estate Investment and Development Consultancy. We also draw on the subject matter expertise of our international teams and can provide advice on Smart and Advanced Building Technologies, Lean Construction Management, Lean Design Management and Strategic Process Consulting.

With the South East accommodating approximately a third of the England’s population and much of that in Kent due to its close proximity to London and Europe, Drees and Sommer are committed to the region and its development. With pressure on the environment and infrastructure that development brings we have a keen interest in the implementation of smart and advanced building technologies in new buildings in the region. In our day to day business our strength is in our people, their expertise and professionalism. We value relationships highly with c.75% of our workload being repeat business with existing clients. This emphasis on relationships extends through our own employees, the design teams we are part of, our clients and the communities in which we all work.
