Alpha Heating Innovation Refurbishment
Alpha Innovation, one of the leaders in the UK heating industry, contacted us to refurbish several key areas at its office in Wrotham Heath, Sevenoaks. These included a reception area, training room for boiler fitters, meeting room and hallway. Our remit was to update the heavily used areas and ensure they supported the company’s operations.
Having changed to an unmanned reception setup, Alpha needed us to adapt the design to make a better first impression on employees and guests. To start, we removed various redundant elements allowing us to introduce new concrete-effect vinyl and a bespoke Alpha Heating Innovation entrance mat.
Other new features of the reception design include a branded feature wall with accompanying spotlights, LED ceiling downlights, modern door wrapping, waiting area chairs with fixed “spider” bases, a new sliding entrance door, and works to an alcove to hide an existing fire panel.
In place of the old facilities, we implemented a sleek, minimalist design that is ideal for regular training sessions. Alpha required works to the meeting area, which serves as a space for further studying and development. The room had become very tired and dated, so our brief was to breathe new life into the design.
With the new aesthetic elements, training facilities and furniture, Alpha’s office is now more modern and practical for its users. The previously cluttered reception area is now welcoming and visually arresting, while the training room and adjoining meeting space will ensure a first-class learning experience for Alpha’s boiler fitters.
