Workforce Survey: 11th – 28th April 2023

Working closely with the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC), the annual workforce survey is the flagship labour market survey of the Chamber of Commerce network. The results of the survey are widely reported across the media and are used to brief a very wide range of stakeholders (from the DfE, DIT, BEIS, HMT to the Low Pay Commission and Ofsted). The survey is electronic (conducted online) and goes out to Chamber members across the UK.
Below are the broad themes we look to explore in the survey:
- Skills shortages;
- Flexible working (e.g. remote working, job sharing, etc);
- Workforce health and wellbeing; and
- Immigration and the visa system.
