HM Revenue And Customs (HMRC) Brexit Grant Scheme

HMRC recently announced a new grant scheme to support businesses to prepare for Brexit. Following the announcement, BCC met with HMRC officials who confirmed that the grants will be 100% funded and will support IT upgrades and training for customs intermediaries.

BCC’s face to face and e-learning customs declaration training, launched in March, should once again attract grant funding. A detailed announcement is expected from HMRC by 1 September.
